EquipHotel is a real life Exhibition of the new trends and uses of tomorrow, at STUDIO 16 on 3 Floors. A team of experts (Architects, Designers, Establishment Owners) took more than 3,000 sqm of space vertically to create a unique establishment offering insight new trends and uses, leers for revenue development and transformation happening in Hospitality and Catering.
Hotels are fast becoming theatres for companies to set up their 'second offices' or to gather together their workforce in a distinctive atmosphere in order to create group cohesion. Work seminars can be substantial source of income for hotels and restaurants.

-STUDIO DES CHEFS
Looking for competitions, challenges or to throw down the gauntlet to one's peers... From 06 to 10 November, Michelin-starred chefs, young chefs, apprentices and restaurant owners met up on Studio des Chefs to watch and take part in events. It was also the area where trade professionals came together to do battle and push their own limits in competitions which highlight the latest trends.
In a challenging and sometimes subdued environment, the Café and Bar category is under the obligation to review its business model and give establishements fresh impetus in terms of products and drinks to cater better to customer axpectations, changing sonsumer behaviour and seek out new avenues for business development....
