President of COP21, Segolene Royal, congratulates India for ratifying the Paris Agreement. This ratification brings three positive effects:The emission threshold for the entry into force of the Paris Agreement is approaching 55%. India represents 4.10% of global emissions of green house gas.

The President of the COP21, Segolene Royal, congratulates India for the ratification of the Paris Agreement. This ratification brings three positive effects---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. The emission threshold for the entry into force of the Paris Agreement is approaching 55%. India representing 4.10% of global emissions of greenhouse gases, bringing the total emissions covered by 51.89%.----------------------------------------------
2. I will sign in the coming days the statutes of the solar coalition set up by France and India at the COP21. Intensive work was successful and the first projects are launched. [Enclosed the presentation document of the International Solar Alliance]
3. Having chosen the day of the birthday of Mahatma Gandhi is a strong symbol for saving the climate is also save peace.
