The Longines Masters of Paris is comprised of four days of glamour, excitement and world-class, elite-level show jumping. Critics consistently acclaim the event as one 'not to be missed.' There are three distinct levels of international competitions at the show : Invitational, Prestige and Masters. They bring together the best riders and show jumping horses in the world. Twenty-one exhilarating events include special classes like the Longines Speed Challenge and the Gucci Gold Cup.
More than 50,000 visitors are expected to visit both the Longines Masters of Paris at the Salon du Cheval de Paris in December to experience the spectacular show jumping event.

THE LONGINES SPEED CHALLENGE :

It is a classic, crowning the fastest rider copeting in teh events that spn the three continents that host the Longines Masters Series. Faults are penalized less than in other competitions, which in turn pushes the riders to give it their all and creates a never-before-seen atmosphere in this sport. The leading rider then sits on an imposing throneon stage above the track until dethroned by someone faster.

GUCCI GOLD CUP :

A 1.55 event in two rounds with a second winning round. The Gucci Gold Cup's 100,000 Euro prize is worthy of a 5-star Grand Prix which is why riders see this title as one of the must-haves on the international circuit.
STYLE & COMPETITION FOR AMADE :

Celebrities dress up and saddle up alongside champions in the discipline to raise funds for HSH Princess Caroline of Hanovre's Amade Foundation for the protection and development of children worldwide.

INVITATIONAL TROPHY & PRESTIGE TROPHY :

Aside from the Masters classes, the Invitational and Prestige Classes give amateur riders an incredible chance to showcase their talent in one of the best arenas in the world and compete against former champions and Olympic medallists.
- LONGINES GRAND PRIX :The Longines Masters of Paris ends on a high note with the Longines Grand Prix. The week-end star event, part of the Master Grand Slam Super Bonus, is held on an Olympic-standard 1.60 m technical track. The challenge is to win the Longines Grand Prix of Los Angeles, Paris and Hong Kong all in a row. This intercontinental feat would be rewarded by a bonus check of 1,000,000 Euros (or 500,000 Euros for two wins in a row, or 250,000 Euros for non-consecutive wins).
