The world premiere of Romeo (Wim Vanlessen) & Julia (Laura Hidalgo) a must see family production well played by the Royal Ballet of Flanders playing now in Antwerp till 1 March 2014.

We report at this event ,22 February 2014, location Stadschouwburg Antwerp.Tim van Steenbergen the designer of the fabulous clothes and Wilfried Eetezonne press officer did the introduction of this ballet.The story written by William Shakespeare between 1594 and 1596 begins chaotic on the market place in Verona, Choreographer Slave Samodurov leads us through the flirting of Romeo (Wim Vanlessen) with beautiful girls and fight scenes between the boy gangs over love scenes with superb ballet and perfect expressions.As the story gets shape the love story and the characters develop more and more in to their roles.The music written by Sergei Prokofiev live preformed by the Flanders Symphonic Orchestra conducted in Antwerp by maestro B.Pope
